Digital credits — general rule

Credits purchased in the Активное Чтение wallet are a prepaid digital service. Once a top-up is completed and credits are added to your account, the purchase is generally non-refundable, because the digital content has been delivered immediately.

Exceptions — when a refund is possible

We will issue a full refund if:

  • The payment was processed but credits were not added to your wallet due to a technical error.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
  • The purchase was made in the last 14 days and none of the purchased credits have been spent.

EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, unless the service has already been used. By initiating a top-up you acknowledge that credits may be available for immediate use and consent to waive the withdrawal right once credits are consumed.

How to request a refund

Email support@bilingualreader.app with:

  1. Your account email or Telegram username.
  2. The approximate date and amount of the payment.
  3. A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

We will respond within 5 business days.

Payment processors

For payments via Stripe (international): refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

For payments via YooKassa (Russia): refunds follow YooKassa's standard refund process.
